OTOH , this was shameful of The City , this is only one of many efforts to balance the budget illegally .
The Mayor’s buddies owe over a billion Dollars in rent for ca$h cow parking lot rentals but The City flat refuses to even ask for payment as they’re his personal friends .
SHAME on all City Officials for allowing this to go on when you’re simultaniously trying to screw the hard working Blue Collar City Employees .
